Stomach, chest, back pain after starting of new diet and workout

Hi, im 19, female and I have been feeling really bloated, I have to urinate often, my lower stomach seems bulged a little, I have been feeling dizzy and nausious after I eat. I think I have a fever and I get the chills also I can feel my heartbeat really strong when I press on my stomach below my ribs above my belly button a little to the left and when I do that I get sharp pains through my chest and to my middle or upper right side of my back. I have taken 3 spread out pregnancy tests , and have had what seemed like a period like half a month ago so that makes me think im not pregnant. Im really worried. Also ive had heart burn. Which ive never had before in my life, headaches, and ive recently started a diet and workout plan. I also started taking phenedrine for weight loss but the side effects ive read for that dont match. Please help! Thank you

Hello, I live an active lifestyle with a considerably healthy diet but recently I have taken up yet another activity to attempt to tone my torso area which is Hula-Hooping. Like with anything else I started slowly over a few months and now have 10 minutes a night with the Hula-Hoop workout. Recently after only a few minutes I have been suffering central chest pains causing me to stop. The pains do go after a few minutes of stopping but as soon as I start again the pain returns. I live abroad in a country where I do not speak the language comfortably to approach a doctor here, therefore your guidance would be appreciated. I have no history of Asthma or any other medical condition I feel you should be aware of and my family s medical history is clear too. thank you

Hi, I had de-hydration few days back and I recovered next day. But day before yesterday, I had a severe stomach pain abdomen( just below the chest) and started feeling acidity also, I took lots buttermilk. After 10 minutes pain subsided. I was on butter milk and curd rice whole day. But next day night, I had normal diet and again in the middle of the night, I got the same pain. ( It feels like hurting with knife). I would like to know is it because of de-hydration?

My daughter is 24 yrs old. She has been feeling unwell for a few weeks now - tired, sick in the mornings (she s not pregnant), nauseous during the day at times, fatigue. Last evening she developed a pain below her left shoulder blade and her left arm felt heavy for a time although that resolved. The pain was quite severe and she took ibuprofen which may have helped a bit. She remembers the previous evening she felt agitated and when she was sitting just didn t know where to put her legs. She wouldn t see a dr last night. She slept for 8 hrs and felt better on waking but now 2 hrs later has returned to bed feeling sick and very tired. Her back has started feeling painful again. All she says is that she feels really unwell. She drinks plenty of water and has been urinating. Bowels seem ok too. Was worried about her heart as she tends to play around with her diet ie goes on stupid water diets and restricts her calories then gives up after a few days and binges.

I am having acute right upper quadrant pain. It woke me up about an hour and a half ago. I am trying to decide if I need to go to the ER or not. I had gastric banding in July of this year but have never had any problems. Feel just slightly queasy.

Hello, I am 40, male, non-smoker, 6ft tall and weighing 194lbs. I ve been losing weight for the past 5 months. In March I went to my cardiologist to have my heart checked. Since then I am on Lisinopril 20mg to control my bloodpressure. All the tests were fine. At the time of my doctors visit I was weighing 230lbs. So I dropped around 36 pounds in 5 months. Is that normal? Also, it doesn t stop. I keep losing weight. I changed my diet a little bit, but nothing radical though. Less soft drinks and deep fried food, other than that I have decent lunch and dinner. I don t have any pain or loss of appetite. My bowel movement is normal and stool color is light-brown to brown. Could Lisinopril be the cause of my weight loss? Also, I have anxiety and get very nervous with the slidest pain. Could anxiety also be a cause? Your thoughts and comments are more than welcome. Many thanks Michael

I am 74 y/o male who's been losing weight over the past 3 months. Total weight loss has been 3 kilos for 3 months. I have been constipated and my bowel movements have been irregular but my appetite has never changed and I still eat pretty well. I don't have any abdominal complaints. What could be causing this? I also eat fiber-rich foods but to no avail, I'm still constipated.
