Hello, I am having upper stomach pain ( belly area) from last 3 days i.e. after my ovulation day as my calculations. I never used to have this pain. I dint eat anything bad which can cause food poisoning . i vomited alot the first day of pain.i from last three days i am not feeling hungry at all. we had unprotected sex three times before ovulation, can it be sign of pregnancy?

Get a urine pregnancy test done if you miss your period,as this could b due to pregnancy,but not always.
Vomitying can be due to severe pain which stimulates your autonomic nervous system.
Do you have any burning in urine or fever associated? As urinary tract infection(common due to unprotected sex)could be one of the reason for your pain.
