Get a urine pregnancy test done if you miss your period,as this could b due to pregnancy, but not always.
Vomitying can be due to severe pain which stimulates your autonomic nervous system.
Do you have any burning in urine or fever associated? As urinary tract infection(common due to unprotected sex)could be one of the reason for your pain.
