Hi,
It looks as though you are pregnant for the first time. If you experience any tightening pain in the upper part of the abdomen that moves down and to the back and the thighs, along with frequency of the bowel and the bladder, associated with any sort of excessive vaginal discharge, you will need immediate medical attention. Sometimes rapid fetal movements cause pain. I advice you to consult your doctor as you cannot take chances in the 7th month with viability yet to be reached. Meanwhile take bed rest, avoid stress and intercourse. Wish you a safe pregnancy.
