Stiff Neck, Painful Lump Near Scalp, Headache, Drooping Eyelid, Twitching Lip
For the past 5 days, I have had a stiff neck and painful lump near my scalp on the right side. The pain is worse in the evenings accompanied by a severe headache that is right sided also. Starting last night, my right eyelid droops and my right lip twitches and curls up. Not sure if I need to visit the ER or wait to see a primary physician in the morning.

You had the problem since 5 days, of neck pain, and a lump on the scalp. since night, you right eye lid droops, rt lip twitches, and curls up.
It appears that there is no co relation between the present symptoms they are from the facial nerve, and the neck swelling and lump on the scalp may be due to some infection.
Any how it is better to consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment.
