I am very sorry to hear about your child's condition.
Neurodegenerative diseases are diseases of the brain where there is degeneration of brain and nerve tissue. This disease is usually slow and progressive. It has very poor prognosis.
On some degerative diseases are controllable to some extent.
I hope GOD gives you and your family enough strength to cope with this situation.Consult a neurologist for better opinion.

Pediatrician Dr. E Venkata Ramana's  Response

Thank you for your query,
Without a diagnosis of a neuro degenerative disorder it is very difficult to give advise.
But what is her present age?
Usually, the prognosis is poor in degenerative disorders and the child will end in vegetative state.
If you send your daughter complete clinical data along with reports and medication , I will try to advise you in a better way.
And you can discuss with the treating doctors regarding your concerns if possible with a Pediatric neurologist.
Hope I have answered your query.
