Sprained The Ankle. Have Burning Sensation. MRI Done, Shows Minimal Fluid Around Talonavicular Joint. Suggestions?

I sprained my ankle 10 months ago.thae burning sensation increases with motion.pop boot has also been applied.i took mri scan the gesult shows:
1.minimal fluid around the talonavicular joint.
2.minimal fluid around the tibialis posterior tendon is non specific and could represent tenosynovitis.
Kindly suggest me the solution………………..

After a sprain, if adequate rest is not provided to the area, there could be some inflammatory changes causing a mild fluid collection. Anti inflammatory medicines will help you.
