Sperm Motility And Stronger Ejaculation.
Me and my wife are trying for a baby from last 1 and half year but there is no luck till now. i made spemen analysis several times and the latest report shows that i have 35% motility and 15 % Sluggish 50 % Non Motile. I m taking speman pills, and multivitamin, i am too much upset when i got my report today, there is not much improvement. My ejaculation is also weak , i want to ejaculate stronger and with more pressure. Please help me.

No need to worry about that.Were you and your wife staying together for all these days..Your semen analysis shows a decreased level of motile sperms..Are you working in an hot environment..Do you have any abnormal swelling inside your scrotum above your testicles{varicocele}...I think you can have a surgeon consultation to rule out varicocele which is an easily correctable common infertility problem..There is no need to worry about the force of ejaculation..It is the sperm count that is most important..

well, there is not swelling or infection inside scrotum as far as i know. because i dont feel anything like that.. im worried about motility is improving quite slowly, how much time i needs more to rise above 50%, how can i improve the force of ejaculation, it was very good couple of years back but now it is week.

yes me and my wife are living together in this period, and at work my room temperature is below 20. but i have to sit on a cair whole day in front of computer for my work. i keep moving sometimes, do u recommend any special pills for motility or stronger ejaculation.?
Once the cause of low sperm motility are found then with in three months of treatment sperm motility & motility becomes normal in more than 90% cases..
First of all we try to find out the primary cause of infertility by investigations. Then we correct the basic defect i.e. correction of hormone disorder & other defects as varicocele surgery, stopping of alcohol & smoking, stopping of offending drug..So no special pill as such....
In certain patients motile sperms are selected by various methods & then transferred directly in uterine cavity leading to improved pregnancy rate.

how can i come to know that i have an infection or swelling inside scrotum, what i will feel if i have any problems from above.. because right now i dont feel any infection or swelling, i just feel that wheneve iam ready for intercourse i feel to ejaculate so quickly, & i cant hold it for long time, whats the cause of this ? as it start happening couple of years ago. Is it all because of infertility , what kind of further tests shall i go for?
