hi doctor...i would like to ask regarding oral sex infections..on 7th of july i had an unprotected oral sex with a lady just a little bit..i was the giver..2 days later i had sore throat,the next day with fever....then the other next day i had ulcer under my tongue...after i took some antibiotics everything getting normal but on the 5th day i had swollen lymph nodes under my armpit...can u explain bout this doctor...am i infected with STD or HIV?i forget to mention that i have gum diaseas

Sore throat with fever, ulcer under tongue and swollen lymph nodes, after risk sexual relationship ,an STD is a likely diagnosis.You should go as soon as possible to your doctor.He will request additional tests to confirm STD and will establish the right treatment.
