Sore throat, small depression in epiglottis, itchy dry skin on chest, arms and red spots on tip of penis. Recommend

I have a sore throat and it looks like there is a depression approx 1cm in diameter to the right of my epiglottis - not sure if a lesion, cut or something else. Does not look particularly discoloured. I also have a itchy dry spot developed on my chest, dry irritable skin on shins and arms and red (non-irritable) spots on head of penis.
