Sore, Painful Wrist When Clenching Thumb. Any Thoughts?

Hi, I'm a fit and active 36 year old male, weight 73 kilos, height 180 cm. I have a sore left wrist which is painful when I clench my thumb in my fist and then extend the hand so it stretches the thumb tendon. Pain is localised at the base of the hand on the back side almost directly in line with the thumb. Any thoughts?

Hi,
From your history it seems that you might be having a condition called Carpul-tunnel syndrome.
Consult orthpoedic surgeon and get examined.
Ok and take care.
