Sore Nostrils, Bumps And Redness, Spots On Mouth, Oozy. What Is Wrong?

my daughter is very sore in her nostrils, i can see tiny bumps, it is crusting over and causing her alot of pain, it is very red. She also has a few spots around her mouth, one of which looks like a blister. She also is very sore in the top of her ear where it folds over, it is oozy and red. Any idea what is wrong? She is sneezing alot and seems congested but says she is well apart from that. she is 5.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Dear,
As per the history you have given and the clinical findings you may be suffering with vastibulitis of nose. it is infective and needs to start oral antibiotic and nasal decongestants. strictly tell not to press the nose as this may be dangerous and infection may reach the brain.
I would suggest you to consult the Specialist if you don’t get relief as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed.
Yours sincerely
