Sore Lungs During Morning, Snoring. Using Humidifier, Breath Right Strips. Any Ideas?

When I wake up in the morning I have soar lungs. It get better after I get moving around usually 30 minutes to an hour. This started 8 days ago. I ran 3 miles yesterday and lungs feel fine. My wife tells me I have been snoring more at night and louder than usual. I am using a humidifier and breath right strips. Any ideas or suggestions

I think your obstructive sleep apnea has progressed even with your breath right strips. So i will advise that you shold get your sleep study done again and then start using a CPAP then.
Also get an ABG done to see if there is any retention of co2 gas and whether the oxygen is fine
