Ok I was recently masterbating one night from 4 to 6 and the next day my penis felt a little soar which i didn't pay no mind to it at first, then i masterbated again and ended up feeling the soarness more, so I examed my penis and I have this dry flakey skin starting from my shaft Down to my testiculs as well the skin color is it a bit red and the feeling of it is dry. I don't feel any burns or sudden urge to itch only when I mess with it. I'm a 21 black male, is there a cream or pill I can take to cure this????

It seems that due to vigorous masturbation there might be having some soft tissue injury of shaft of penis giving rise to this problem.
Give rest to penis for few days.
Take anti-inflammatory medicines for 2-3 days.
If require go for short antibiotic medicine after consulting your doctor.
