Sore Eyes After Sleeping. Reason?

Hi i woke up yesterday and my eyes were sore, like when i look up or to the side my eyes just hurt and feel discomforting. I thought it'd be gone by this morning but they are still in pain. I dont think its due to lack of wearing glasses since I dont need to wear glasses except to see things from afar. Maybe I slept wrong?

There are two things to be kept in mind.
1. Dryness in your eyes
2. Fatigue of your ocular muscles due to intermittent wearing of glasses/ change in your refractive power .

In either way you need an assessment for dryness and refraction in a hospital setup. Until your appointment you can use OTC lubricant eye drops for relief and refreshing comfort.
Avoid sitting directly under the vent of an Air-cooler, have a good sleep and get well soon :).
