Sonography Done. Can I Go For Ayurvedic Treatment?

Hello sir,
i did my sonography which reports that Sonography shows mobile calculi of 6 mm in gall bladder. No history of pain but not felling energetic, have fatty infiltration of liver.Random sugar 110,wt 72 kg ,cholesterol & triglycerides on borderline.pls suggest the treatment or can i go for aurvedic treatment.

Thanks for writing in.

A single calculus in the gall bladder is seen in 10% of the normal population. A 6 mm stone is small and if you do not have pain, there is no need to worry much. You can try decreasing your fat and oil intake in foods. Also avoid fasting.

A repeat ultrasound after 6 months is suggested to know if the stone is growing. Ayurvedic treatment is equally acceptable but you must also talk to a surgeon if you have any jaundice.
