So I ve had P.A.W.S sense 12-12-20115 and they put me on medication like Clonazepam 1MG also Paroxetine 40MG both at bedtime my doctor did a genetics cheek swab and told me no more Paroxetine and switched my medication Viibryd 1 week 10MG 2 week 20MG after the 14 day take 40MG and i felt my hostility and angry plus not going pee very much at all and i drink only water and all day also my eyes were becoming sensitive to light any light and a headache and loss of memory plus body ache and my hearing is at an all time high i can hear a pin drop he took me off the Viibryd but keep me on the Clonazepam 1MG and most of the body ache is gone but all other pain mostly in my head staying I ve started cuting my Clonazepam in half and still feel very much pain in my head and eyes and hearing
A headache is from the combination of side effect of clonazepam with stress and inadequate sleep. My suggestions at present
@ Get your medicines dose adjustment according to the physician guidelines.
@ Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids.
@ Avoid low blood sugar levels by frequent small meals.
@ Avoid stress, anxiety with the help of meditations, YOGA, relaxation
techniques.
@ Avoid smoking, alcohol if consuming.
@ Manage to have the sound regular sleep of 7 hours.
