Hello,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your blood pressure values are high. Headaches could be related to high blood pressure values.

I would like to know your actual antihypertensive therapy. Are you taking any drugs?

Regarding clonazepam, I would recommend taking it as it has calming effects on the central nervous system and may reduce blood pressure values.

If high blood pressure values persist, I recommend consulting with your attending physician and discussing on the possibility of making some changes to your antihypertensive therapy or starting any drugs if you are not taking any for the moment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka
