The most likely cause for your muscle pain is some kind of injury, maybe while working out. The second possibility is that you are suffering from adverse effects of adderal, which is known to cause muscle spasms and aches. Please consult your doctor regarding the possibility of reducing the dose of adderal or changing it. I do not feel smoking is the culprit here, though no doubt, your health can only improve if you give up smoking.
Best wishes.
