Small Patch Of Numb, Irritable Patch Of Skin On Shoulder, Feeling Of Red Hot Pins Sticking In Skin. Help

Hi, theres this one small patch of skin on my right shoulder blade that feels like its my bra strap making it irritable, then when i try find it its numb and the scratching doesnt work, it feels like theres lots of red hot pins sticking in my skin, its not a feeling of the time but when it comes its really uncomfortable and ive try to cut it a few times to see if there was anything under my skin! I have it more than 3 years. Help me!

It could be fungal infection known as Tinea Versicolor. Treatment with local application if anti fungal like Clotrimazole may help. If the patch is anesthetic possibility of Leprosy as the cause.
