Small Lump Under The Skin At The Base Of Scrotum With Slight Discomfort

Hi, last week found a very small lump under the skin at the base of my scrotum (midway between anus and scrotum, quite deep under the skin), there's been no pain or colouration, although now I am starting to feel very slight discomfort - kind of the same feeling as when the something hits your testicles. I assume the pain and lump are linked?
Thanks

Hello
Thanks for query.
You have invisible lump in perineal region since one week.

This is mostly due to soft tissue infection (Cellulitis) in stage of induration

Consult qualified general surgeon for clinical examination to confirm the diagnosis.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Augmentin along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily for a week.

It should get resolved with this treatment .
