Small Clustered Rashes With White Bump On Labia Minora Like Whitehead Pimples. History Of Vulvodynia. Advice

I have a small rash (barely raised) on the labia minora. the bumps are white. some are quite tiny and clustered right outside the vagina. then there are some larger ones that look like whitehead pimples. i saw a gynecologist 2 weeks ago for an exam and he didn't notice anything - i don't know if they were there when i saw him though. also, i have issues with vulvodynia and just saw a PT so maybe that irritated me?

hi..
you have whitish patches on the genitalia, could be candidiasis..
see your gynaecologist, take a vaginal swab and send for KOH mount for the diagnosis..
if it is positive then you may have to put on antifungal, with fluconazole 150mg once in a week for 4 weeks and your spouse also should be treated simultaneouly..
all the very best..
