Small Bump At The Vaginal Opening, No Itching, Pain. Negative Tests For Syphilis, AIDS, STD. Is It Genital Warts?

I had an AIDS , and STD tes for herpes and syphillis and both tests came out negative I took these tests because I felt a small bump by the opening of my vagina it does not itch, hurt or burn, the doctor told me it might be a skin tag. I have never been given a pap smear test and so was wondering if it could be genital warts?
