Hello Jyothi,
Breast implant surgery is one of the safest surgeries and is opted for by thousands of women worldwide. Every surgery has the possibility of developing complications, so also breast implant surgery. Common complications are bad positioning of the implants, migration of the implants, capsular contracture, rupture of implants and so on. However, many of these complications can be avoided by proper surgical technique and adherence to specific postoperative instructions.
