your urinalysis report is NOT showing any pathology in urinary tract .all the values are well within normal limits.
blood clot which you noticed might have been from some lesion in surrounding skin or In females it can be from vagina.you can get yourself examined for this.

Hi,

The information provided indicates a probability of urinary track infection. Since you have few bacteria seen in the result. The blood clot may be from injury while having sexual intercourse or medical intervention, it needs to be checked.
