Alright, so, first things first, this is a sexual question. Im a 23 years old male, and I m relatively active. Last time I ve had unprotected intercourse was about a year ago, give or take a couple months. I ve never had any problems or worries (what I thought was a possible chance of Herpes was just acne caused from sensitive skin whilst shaving), and have never had a reason to go see the doctor for any symptoms. I ll be honest, I have received oral sex from the same sex before, as well as performed anal intercourse, but for only like 3 minutes (stuff happens when you re completely wasted haha), and never had any symptoms from those experiences either. The only times I have freaked out, I calmed myself down, because it had been a looooong time since sexual activity, so there should be no way for those times to have caused an STD, or I would have probably noticed something within 5-31 days. Well, Just earlier today, I was sitting in my bathroom, and noticed some red bumps around my pubic area where I had shaven not too long ago, and this is normal for me. I did notice one small white head (it was just acne) in the center of my pubic area, and as I realized it, I also realized a very small amount of white puss like substance at the tip of my penis. Now, I know it s not from masturbating, I haven t done that in the past few days, so I know it s not just post build-up. I squeezed all I could out of my penis, wiped it all away, and jumped in the shower. I ve NEVER had this happen before, and it s been about 3 weeks since I last received oral sex. I have found a forum where 100 s of other guys are having the same problem, except most of them having burning and itching sensations as they urinate, and I only had that for about 5 seconds then it went away. They were all freaking out, and the top three answers that they ve received from their doctors were Thrash, enlarged prostate, or Gonorrhea. I m almost positive it s not Gonorrhea, because I would have noticed major symptoms by now. So, in short, my question is; Have a very small amount of white puss substance that came out of my penis, I have no inflammation, no redness or itching, or sore, or much burning, and have not had unprotected intercourse in almost a year. What could it possibly be? I don t want to go to the doctors because I am slightly scared as to what they say, but by the description I gave, do you have any idea what it could be, and if it s serious? Apparentally this happens a lot to men throughout the years.
