Small Acne Like Itchy Pimple On Hydrocele, White Hard Material Like Discharge When Pressed. Remedy?
Hello Doctor!
I am 24 yr old male student.
I have small -small acne or like pimple on my hydrocele bigger than mustard rigid, some time wen i press them some kind of white hard material like same as it comes from pimple come. Now a days it has become more...it itches too.
Could u please tell what is this and what are its remedies?

Hi small itchy pimple like lesions over the hydrocele can be milia.milia appears whereever there is swelling.burnt areas .healed ulcers etc as a compensary phenomenon.first rule out filariasis scrotum.use doxycycline 100 mg bd for 14 days.use atarax 25 mg at night and application of retinioc acid can cure it
