You need non contrast CT Scan of brain before coming to any conclusion. CT scan can detect injuries like parenchymal hemorrhage, subdural or extradural hemorrhage in brain . It can also detect any bony injuries in brain. You also need proper clinical examination to exclude any other injuries. You can take analgesics for pain.
