Slight Smelly Bladder Leakage, Gas Also Smelly, Suffered Slight Bladder Infection. What's Going On ?

Hi, I am now 60 and I believe fit and healthy, but now seem to be having a few problems. Slight smelly bladder leakage ( have to stop at every toilet in case), if I can smell it can others? Bowels, where stools are not leaving me cleanly, becoming depressing. Wind (quiet) which is also a bit smelly ( embassing), If I can smell it can others? I have recently suffered with slight bladder infection ( 3 days tablets from doctor-cleared up), 3 weeks of a bad cold and cough (now gone). Please tell me what is going on in my body?

Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

Stomach problems like smelly stools or gas are commonly due to improper digestion and improper evacuation. Left over food particles decay within your bowel and they naturally smell bad. Here proper evacuation is important. Fibre rich food helps the movement of waste through bowel.
Have some laxatives and eat fibre righ food and raw vegetables and fruits for two days and you will be alright.
Get well soon.
