Skin Infection, Recurrent, Sweat, Used Gel Soap Or Boiled Water

hello my name is hafidh from zanzibar tanzania,ihave a problem on my health,always when i wash my boady i got skin infection for 15minute to 30 minute than disapper,Ihave already try to use gel soap or boiled water but the reaction still the same,and some time i see like some thing moving on my skin and my sweat effect also so i need your advice doctor

It seems that you are allergic to the soap or bathing gel that you are using. You canm avoid using anything on your body for a few days and try to use a luke warm water instead of hot water for taking a bath.
