Skin Feeling Tightened, Localized Swelling After Hitting Talus Bone. How To Reduce Swelling?

I was playing 12" softball and a grounder hit off my talus bone (outside bump of the ankle). There is no pain or discoloration/bruising, it is a little inflamed now with a fluid (can't tell if it's blood or something else cause there are no wounds). The discomfort I have is my skin feeling tightened to the localized swelling.
Should I be worried? What can I do to lessen swelling?
