Sick feeling, low appetite, sleeping difficulty. What could be wrong?

I ve been feeling sick after I ate for a like a week. I can t finish any meals because when I get the sick feeling, I don t won t to vommit or anything, so I stop. I ve been having a hard time falling asleep as well, but when I do, it can be for really long periods of times. Sometimes almost a whole day. I don t know what is wrong.

gud morng..
i just feel that may be ur going through some mental agony or stress or depression regarding some matter and hence developed gastritis symptoms when u eat something due to gas accumulation..and moreover your sleep disturbance also point towards the same thing..
u just need to relax and take your diet at regular times with little spices and better drink warm milk before going to bed and even eat atleast 3 hrs before going to bed at night..
u wil definitely overcome your problem if u do this with a relaxed mind..
