Hello,

Morphine is an opioid frug which is a sedative and has analgesic properties. It can reduce motility of stomach and intestine sometimes and in that case, Thyroxine ( medicine used in Hashimoto's disease) absorption could be a problem. Other problem is that, when one has a severe form of HAshimoto's hypothyroidism called Myxedema then there could be breathing issues hich could get wosen with concurrent use of Morphine.

Otherwise, in simple uncomplicated Hashimoto's disease, i dont see any problem usuing Morphine.
