The cream is strictly not meant for regular use as a fairness product. It can cause skin irritation and redness because the ingredients present in this cream particularly hydroquinone and tretinoin are skin irritants. Moreover regular use of this cream may cause acne, skin thinning and sun sensitivity because of the steroid component of this cream, Mometasone furoate. I would suggest you to discontinue it. Once you stop using it you might experience that your skin is a little itchy, dry and sensitive to sun. You may use a non-comedogenic moisturizer at night as well as a broad spectrum sunscreen throughout the day till your skin gets back to normal. Regards
