Should I Meet Neurologist Or ENT For Dizzy Spells And Hearing Problems?

for the past 3 years, I have been having dizzy spells. problems with my hearing in left ear. I have seen ENT drs. also
neurologist to no avail, I need to see someone because it is no better, do not know whether to see a neurologists or ENT can you advise? ty

It seems from the history that you are having dizziness associated with hearing problems.This indicates diseases of the inner ear as a cause for dizziness as you are having hearing difficulties. The inner ear contains labyrinth with semicircular canals and damage to it can cause dizziness and hearing difficulties. The common causes are labyrinthitis, Menier's disease...
