Should I Go For A Surgery For Treating Seizures?

hi i am 40 and i have been having seizures since i was 13 i surgery then and they are talking about doing it again can u tell me if i should since i have a shunt and i take tegretol 600ml 2 times a day and i take lamictal 150 ml 2 times a day and if i was to have it what are the side effects

Well come to the HCM
If the shunt is there then this need to be taken out and they must be taking about this and not for the seizure, you have to continue the given medicines for the seizures, this is the option you have unless the neurosurgeon must be having some surgical cure for this, hope this helps.
