Should I Be Worried Of The Chest Pain In One Spot While Having Family History Of High BP And Heart Attacks?
Hi, my names Taylor. I am 24 yeara old and always always always! have chest pain in one spot. It feels like a someone is standing on my chest. The pain comes in waves sometimes lasting minutes or so. My parents think im over reacting, but Angina, high blood pressure & heart attacks run in my family. Should i be worried , or get tested?

From history it seems that you might be having Myalgia or costo-chondritis.
Apply analgesic cream locally.
Take Ibuprofen tablet if require.
Do regular exercise like running, jogging, swimming.
To remove doubt about cardiac problem, go for EKG.
