Hi
Getting up to pass urine more than once in the night is known as nocturia. It has many causes. There is no relation between sore throat and nocturia. If you are a male and above 40 years of age then prostate problem may be the cause. Please contact your doctor for advice. In the meantime reduce coffee and tea and carbonated drinks and reduce fluid intake in the evenings.
