Should Child Be Taken For X-ray After Injury Left Red Marks On Cheekbone?
My 8 Year Old Daughter Ran Into A Metal Pole At School Today. She Has A Large Red Mark And Bruise On Her Cheekbone Right Under Her Eye. She Is In A Lot Of Pain. How Easy Is It To Fracture Your Cheekbone? Should I Take Her For Xrays? I'm Worried If I Ignore It Something Might Be Wrong.

Hi...though bones in children are more elastic and dosent fracture easily...but it is better to get an x- ray done for the peace of mind...
