Hi there,
Welcome to HCM,

If you are not having a regular period or heavier than regular period bleed do take the second dose of misoprostol. If you cannot take it vaginal due to the bleeding. You can keep it sublingual as well to get the effect.

You can take upto 4 doses of 200 mcg 4 hourly till you have your bleeding vaginal or sublingual.

97% of women do not need a curettage after medical management. Rarely the bleeding can continue that it may require surgical curettage.

Get a hcg test done at 3 weeks later to know completeness of the procedure.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
