Should I Stop Taking Pre-workout Supplement As It Is Causes Dull Ache In Chest?

Hello, I sometimes take a pre-workout supplement but I get a dull ache in my chest - after around 2 hours of working out. I am physically very fit and have worked out for a long time training 4-5 times a week on high intensity interval training. Just wondering if I need to get this checked out or just stop checking the supplements. I am a 25 year old female. I don t smoke and barely drink alcohol.

Supplements are not necessary to be taken for healthy life unless you have deficiency of any nutrient in the body. You can stop taking the supplements and start having nutritious and balanced diet.
