Question: My height 5 ft 5 inches , my weight 155 lbs
I want to reduce 16lbs, which diet i have to follow.

I just want to decrease weight, daily i am doing half an hour walk, not following any diet

Below is a good diet plan to promote weight loss
-Drink a glass of water 15 minutes befire each meal so that you eat less.
-Eat small portion of food spaced frequently rather than 3 large meals a day
-Avoid fatty, fried food
-Avoid processed sugar, starch, carbonated sugary drinks
-Eat protein rich food to make you feel full. Protein rich food include chicken, Turkey breast, soy beans, peanuts, almonds, lentils, oatmeal, flax meal
-Include more fiber rich food like XXXXXXX whole wheat
-Vegetables with minimal calorific value include broccoli, cauliflower, XXXXXXX lettuce, cucumber etc.
-Strawberries are the best fruit option as it is low in sugar content.

Along with the dietary changes, do aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, cycling etc. to loose weight.
