Should I Lower Estrogen And Progesterone Medication If Having Fatigue, Dry Skin, Sore Eyes And Tender Breasts?
Iam taking 2mg oestogen and 1m projestreon? and have been good after a long period of having low estrogen and not knowing. I am now feeling fatigue and dryskin and sore eyes, tender breasts most of the sysptom I had when low. I have had blood tests - not for estrogen- but they came back good. This tiredness etxc has been coming for a week or so. Do I need to go to 1mg estrogen?

I would suggest you to discuss with your prescriber to adjust the dose or change the type of the regimen so as to come to appropriate treatment options.
Eating a low-fat, high-carbohydrate diet may reduce breast tenderness.
Also, I would recommend you to get your thyroid profile tested as it might be affected due to the estrogen of the therapy and can be a cause for you to feel tired.
