Should I Express Concern Over Severe Pain In Arm That Has A Metal Plate?
I have a metal plate in my arm that was put in about a year ago for a severe break. It seemed to have healed fine and wasn t giving me any problems for a while. Recently I have had two occasions where I have been getting severe pain for about a week. I feel like I can hardly move the arm. Is this normal, or should I be concerned? Would having the plate removed help this?

If there is a pian in the area, then it needs to be examined and X-rayed to detect any infection in the area. Removing the plate will decrease the pain.
