Should I Continue Taking Actonel For Osteoporosis After Hysterectomy While Suffering From Intense Pain In Ischium?

My ischium on my left side hurts sometimes when I am sitting. Any recommendations? I am 54 years old, a female, full hysterectomy in 2012, on Actonel once a month for osteoporosis. I teach Montessori, so spend a lot of time sitting on the floor w/ kids.
