Should I Be Worried About The Grey Hair At 22?

I have found a few white hairs over the past few months. They are mainly in one spot on the top of my head. I'm only 22 though and don't have a history of premature greying in my family. I am very active and do consistently get bumps and bruises (nothing bad enough to cause a concussion though). Could this be the cause? Is it something to be worried about?

hello and welcome to HCM,
Pre-mature graying of hair is a common problem.
It occurs due to family history of graying of hair in the family in most of the cases.
However, nutrition also plays an important role in pre-mature greying.
You need to improve your diet - increase the intake of proteins and take plenty of fluids.
Regular exercise and regular head massage helps to improve blood supply to the scalp.
Besides keep your scalp healthy by regular hair washing.
These are some of the measures which will improve the health of the scalp and prevent pre-mature greying of hair.

Thanks and take care
