Should I Be Concerned About Abdominal Spasms Ans Pain?

Hello. I'm a 38 year old female. A few months ago I had my fallopian tubes removed. I am now in the process of IVF (second cycle). A week ago I had two 5-day blastocytes transferred. Three times during the past week, always while asleep, I have had what feels like spasms in my lower abdomen area. After the spasm subsides, I have lower abdomen pain. It subsides after a few moments. I have no other symptoms (bleeding, fever, etc.). Should I be concerned?

You should be concerned, get blood and urine tests and also ultrasonography to see that there is no PID or peritonitis .
