having shortness of breath and im feeling very weak was in the hospital for 3 days already every thing came back nomal but they said i have a veryslow heart beat and my pressure is very low and right now im having pain in my left side

I went through your problem description. I suggest you not to worry too much. You just came back from hospital. The doctors must have thoroughly examined you. They must have pathologically tested you. They must have given medicines for your ailments including heart problems. Then why worry.

I suggest the pain you are experiencing around left chest could be of anxiety or gastrities due to some medications. Therefore, don't be panic and you can always ask help from your hospital people. Do it instead of worrying.
