Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. You are 18 years of age, and height is 5.5 ft, you want to grow still taller. Most probably chances of further growth is not possible. Because you are 18 there are chances of 2%only are possible. You can consult a physician for growth, he will examine the hemoglobin, general health, epiphysial endings and plan the treatment.
Mental tension that there is no growth you can get negative effect. so i advise you to follow some diversion procedures as yoga, meditation, reading books, hearing music, and if interested gardening will help to divert you of tension.
Besides i advise you some diet recommendations as Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, milk, egg, meat, chicken, fish, other sea foods, fruits, juices, and dry fruits, which improve blood, general health, resistance against common infections which act negatively on growth, and stamina for growth. wishing for a success in search for growth, and thanks for calling.
