Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. Thanks for choosing H.C.M.Forum. You have a shooting pain from the top portion of the stomach, directly to the right side of the neck just below the jaw. It appears to be the the gastric pain radiating to the neck due to the refered pain of vagus nerve, giving supply to the stomach. Other causes could be muscular pain due to defeciency of the calcium, or potassium due to over sweating. i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have gastroscopy besides other routine tests for confirmation. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. best regards.
