Sharp Pains In Breast, Occasional Reflex. Is It Due To Stress?

Iam nearly 70yrs and recently been getting pains in my breast . -, mainly the left one. sometime it is quite sharp. I check the usualy areas for lumps and bumps but this is a pain. I also get accational flux. It has been sugested to me it is because of the stress I am under. (Money worries at the moment) could this be the case. and what can I do.? thank you.. Katie

Hi,
From history it appears that there might be possibility of having some cardiac ailment like coronary insufficiency, angina etc.
Consult physician and go for EKG.
